Bexley station, Kent
Bexley station, Kent
There are three distinct railway routes from Dartford in Kent to London, and because this area of London is not served by tube lines, commuter traffic is so heavy that it is necessary to provide extremely long platforms, to take 12-car trains, as seen here at Bexley. The line from Dartford to London via Bexley has for many years, been known as the "Loop" line.
