Nothing quite like it for cooling the blood
Further north, Heacham beach is mostly sand, but as one travels south it turns into something that can be more fairly called "mud". The holes here are made by razor shells. As I walked, I would occasionally see a puff of mud from a hole as a razor shell felt my footsteps and burrowed deeper.
