SD5649 : The Arbour

The Arbour
The Arbour
Its obvious now that the stone platform by the door is for putting your rucksack on as in the first Geograph picture. This area is the source of all the rogue Rhododendron bushes which are seen on the moors nearby.A large bank of them seen behind the hut probably planted by our Victorian forebears who built the hut.
