Walking in Cheshire - track that thinks it's a pond
Walking in the Cheshire plain is often a wet and muddy affair - despite the best efforts of the County Council to maintain the extensive network of paths. This track (which may be a RUPP) runs from the lane at Carden Marsh to the northern end of footpath Broxton 8. The pond at this bend usually floods over the track - even in dry weather - making it impassable for walkers without wellington boots. View looking south.
