Ruins on Eilean Mor
Ruins on Eilean Mor
These picturesque ruins are situated on the island of Eilean Mor, which likely evolved from a crannog type fort in medieval times. The landform appears to be a peninsula, but is truly an island with thick reed grasses choking the upper end of the lake.
