Beccles Railway Station

The station is a shadow of its former self having been put on a diet by British Railways. It lost its line to Great Yarmouth and Tivetshall. The buildings are empty and platforms overgrown. A 2 hourly service is what is on offer due to single line tokens being needed (some preserved lines have more advanced signalling).
This is due to change when new signalling and the loop being put in by 2012 (subject to funding)
