Hedge planting near Horningsea
Hedge planting near Horningsea
A line of newly planted hawthorns that will be laid into a hedge when they grow big enough. When I was at school (not so long ago) we learned that farmers were removing hedges to make bigger fields, thus destroying habitats and contributing to soil erosion. It's good to see the process being reversed.
