Lugg flood plain
Lugg flood plain
View south from beneath Dinmore Wood. The meandering Lugg is now on its final stretch towards the Wye across a textbook flood plain. Made of resistant sandstones, Dinmore Hill is an obstacle to the course of the river which escapes though a gap at Hampton Court.
