Looking east from Bridge 127 on the Oxford Canal
Looking east from Bridge 127 on the Oxford Canal
This is the view towards Stoneton, and in the centre of the picture a bridge over the Oxford Canal can be seen. To simplify construction the canal was built by following the contours of the land which means that in this area it takes a very contorted route. Bridge 127 just behind the photographer and the canal executes a complete "u" turn around the land to the right to reach the bridge in the distance.
