Geograph - photograph every grid square

Ford near Wookey, Somerset

The photographer was driven through this ford on a Scout expedition to Somerset in December 1969. Since then he had tried several times to find it again and finally succeeded. The photographer's car can just be seen after driving through the 120 yard ford. The water depth ranged from a couple of inches to around a foot.
