Beech tree south of Ridgeway Copse, Harewood Forest
This huge old beech tree is alongside the footpath that leads south out of Ridgeway Copse to the A303 dual carriageway. Harewood Forest is Hampshire's largest area of ancient woodland outside of the New Forest. The green sign in the tree reads "No public right of way", a common reminder seen in the Forest.
