The railyard contains a small museum, other portable cabins and other paraphernalia. The locomotive in the distance is a Class 03 diesel built in Swindon in 1958. It worked in Immingham, Darlington and Gateshead before returning to Swindon in 1983 for scrapping. However it was rescued and re-homed at the SCR.
