NC0015 : Croft house at Camascoille

Croft house at Camascoille
Croft house at Camascoille
The most southerly of three croft houses that stand in an isolated position on a remote moor overlooking the sea. Each house is well maintained, re-roofed and shuttered, but the position is strange as there is not even a good footpath to the site. One wonders why they were built here and what their current function might be.
