Pennant, Carmel, Llanrwst
On tourist holiday cottage let sites this house is called Pennant Farm and Pennant Cottage, but is known locally as Pennant and historically as Pennant y Priddbwll (Pen+Nant=Top of the Stream, or Valley) (Priddbwll - earth pit, a wolf trap.) A John Jones lived there in 1841, a Hugh Roberts of Llandegfan in 1861, and it was unoccupied in 1871. At one time it was the home of a returnee from Patagonia, and later a Mr George Tinsley of Staffordshire lived there, certainly between 1881 and 1901.

It is now a holiday house to let.
