SU5588 : Bridge from the south

taken 9 years ago, near to South Moreton, Oxfordshire, Great Britain

Bridge from the south
Bridge from the south
A view of the bridge from the South Moreton side. The reason for its demolition is because the arches are too low for the new wagons. A third bridge at Purley is due to be demolished as well but locals managed to get a preservation order on it because it's a Brunel bridge. Network Rail are trying to get it overturned. These photos will be a lasting record. They are due to come down over Christmas.
