ST3041 : Rhyne Outfall Pipe

taken 8 years ago, near to Dunball, Somerset, Great Britain

Rhyne Outfall Pipe
Rhyne Outfall Pipe
The water from one of the small rhynes draining into the River Parrett had cut a deep channel in the mud banks of the river side. There is a valve on the outfall pipe to prevent backflow into the rhyne when the tide is high.
