SK0282 : 'Spey' at Bugsworth

taken 9 years ago, near to Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire, Great Britain

'Spey' at Bugsworth
'Spey' at Bugsworth
This was the first occasion that 'Spey' had been brought up to this iconic location for the canal restoration movement. She is being turned prior to mooring up for the night. To the right the stone blocks in the surface of the wharf are stone sleepers that supported the rails of the Peak Forest Tramway which connected to the canal at the basin.
