SX4350 : The Cleave, Kingsand

taken 13 years ago, near to Kingsand, Cornwall, Great Britain

The Cleave, Kingsand
The Cleave, Kingsand
One of Kingsand/Cawsand's charming streets.
The Devonport Inn can be seen halfway down on the left.
Over the last ten years I have seen two pubs close in Cawsand/Kingsand - namely "The Ship" (currently derelict) and "The Boatel Bar" (now a private house) - fortunately there are still the Cawsand Bay Inn, The Cross Keys (formerly the Smugglers), The Halfway House, The Rising Sun and the Devonport pictured. Let's hope no more close.
