This medallion is on the north-eatern end wall of SZ0991 : Kayla Brasserie, Holdenhurst Road. I took it to be your everyday caduceus, but that should have the wings attached to the staff not the animals, and they should be snakes not lizards (or maybe salamanders). Some organisation's logo no doubt.
