River Arun: Levée south of Pulborough

This is taken looking north along the levée towards Pulborough, the church tower being visible over the trees to the left. The stile is on the footpath that goes between Pulborough and Wiggonholt. At this point a large drainage ditch crosses through the levée via a sluice to drain into the River Arun to the left. The drainage ditch generally forms the boundary to the field, but the stile is necessary here to keep cattle in.
