SE6132 : Selby Station's Footbridge
near to Selby, North Yorkshire, Great Britain

Selby Station's Footbridge
The fact that the bridge is covered probably serves two purposes - firstly to protect against inclement weather but also to prevent objects being thrown from it onto trains below. The line used to carry the London to Edinburgh main line and trains passed through the station at relatively high speeds.
