Thieves Road
Thieves Road
I wonder who the thieves of Cauldstane Slap were? Fences offloading reiver's booty from English pastures? Bandits in the heather preparing to rob drovers (or the fences)? Now a quiet byway which avoided being tarred and is now a lovely crossing of the hills for the biologically propelled.
