Baosbheinn from below Carn na Feola
Baosbheinn from below Carn na Feola
The sunlight is picking out the 707m subsidiary peak on Baosbheinn's SE ridge. The steep crag on the left is the end of the narrow NNE ridge of Carn na Feola that drops 350m from the summit in a horizontal distance of 400m. The terrain here is particularly awkward to cross, comprising boulders of all shapes and sizes, concealed holes and deep springy heather.
