The Hertford Loop railway line is a branch of the East Coast Main Line, running between Stevenage and London. This northern section between Hertford and Stevenage was the last part to be completed, around the end of the First World War. This view, looking towards Hertford, was taken from TL3114 : Waterford: Vicarage Lane railway bridge.
