Autumn in Durfold Wood
Open patch covered with bracken within a triangular remnant of high oak wood. Chestnuts, holly beech and birch grow with the oaks. This part of Durfold Wood was used for war games till 1989 when the Woodland Trust took it over. It is now a better place for wildlife.
