Hop Processing Building at Remingtons Farm
Hop Processing Building at Remingtons Farm
The hops bines are brought here for the hops flowers to be separated from the bines. The tractor goes under the left hand covered area where the hops are hooked to the device seen hanging. The building is full of machinery to do what once would have been done by tens or hundreds of hop pickers in the field.
Once processed they are then taken to the oast house to be dried.
