Crawford Bridge from Albion Terrace
Crawford Bridge from Albion Terrace
The bridge, constructed in 1929, has carried thousands of football supporters in its time, heading for the Easter Road stadium of Hibernian F.C. In the 1951 film, 'The Singing Street', featuring Norton Park School pupils at play, two girls are shown running over the bridge.

The film can be viewed on this page LinkExternal link where aerial views of the bridge can be seen in the second shot and just after 3.50.
