This tram is distinguished by the Royal Coat of Arms displayed on the roof boards above the driving position, which commemorates its use by HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, during her visit to the Island in 1963. The car is one of a pair built at Preston by the English Electric company in 1907.
