Canons Ashby Manor House

This fine old building dating originally from the (first) Elizabethan era has been lived in by one family, the Drydens, since being built. The current family still live here occasionally though are more often in Zimbabwe I believe. The property is now owned by the National Trust Link though part of the building can be rented for holidays from the Landmark Trust Link as they helped pay for some of the extensive restoration of the last 20 years. I can recommend visiting this property if you like wandering around old houses.
