Natural Arches at the Horse of Burravoe
This most fantastic pair of natural arches is the highlight of a sea kayak trip along the SE coast of Yell, but the cliff scenery over several kilometres is comparable and the whole coast makes an amazing playground for those competent to visit. The coast is exposed and has few landings, and has a tide race to the south, so a visit does require good conditions. This photo was taken on the best day during a week of high winds and big swell which made the west coast untenable.
