The Chapel of St Mary and St Felix - entrance
The Chapel of St Mary and St Felix was built in the 1880s in order to replace the ruined church of St Felix > LinkExternal link which is located about 1 kilometre to the south-east of the busy A149. The chapel was constructed from corrugated iron sheets as a 'tin tabernacle' and is the only one of its type that has a thatched roof. Presently the building serves as a chapel for the British Orthodox community.
