SX5564 : River Plym above Cadover Bridge

taken 8 years ago, near to Shaugh Prior, Devon, Great Britain

River Plym above Cadover Bridge
River Plym above Cadover Bridge
The bridge can be made out right of centre, where a red Royal Mail van has just crossed it. This is looking downstream, with the shallow river washing away the bank on the left and leaving a shingly beach on the inside of the bend. As seen in SX5564 : River Plym from Cadover Bridge, a small weir has been built in the foreground.
