Located on the River Calder in a conservation area, see SE3319 : Wakefield Waterfront, opposite Thornes Lane Wharf. Two grade II* listed warehouses, c1790, converted to a single warehouse in 1816. Built, using coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings and stone slate roofs for the Calder & Hebble Navigation Co.
