A grade II listed warehouse c1800, located in a conservation area, see SE3319 : Wakefield Waterfront. It was converted to corn mill c1850, and to hosiery mill 1876.
Built in coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roof and raised ashlar coped gables.
