Rutland Mill, a grade II listed building, located in a conservation area, see SE3319 : Wakefield Waterfront, was originally an integrated worsted spinning mill. Constructed between 1872-5 in red brick with polychromatic brick details, and Welsh slate roofs. Designed by John Shaw for Isaac Briggs.
Now occupied by small business units.
