Glasgow: the Clyde Arc
Glasgow: the Clyde Arc
This striking structure was opened in September 2006, which explains why it is not on my Glasgow street atlas, dated 1997, which I was using to aid my passage from the city centre to Kelvinhall.

It is nicknamed the Squinty Bridge because it does not cross the river at right angles to the riverbanks.
