NO4906 : Gorse covered rock

Gorse covered rock
Gorse covered rock
The south-facing flank of this rocky outcrop looks as though it has been used as a quarry, but it was in fact blasted away to allow a now-dismantled railway to be built here. This farm road follows the track of the old railway.
