NJ9102 : Floodplain of River Dee

taken 14 years ago, near to Banchory-Devenick, Aberdeenshire, Great Britain

Floodplain of River Dee.
Floodplain of River Dee.
Taken from the driveway of Waterside looking east. When the River Dee is in flood this area is partially covered. The saplings? planted are protected from being eaten by deer by plastic collars. This photograph was taken at 10.00am and a small deer ran across in front of me a few minutes later.
