Stowe: Lord Cobham's Pillar
Stowe: Lord Cobham's Pillar
Completed in 1749, Lord Cobham's Pillar is, at 104 feet, the tallest of Stowe's monuments, and reputedly five counties can be seen from its top, which of course is crowned by a statue of the man himself.
