The track goes in this direction to Ramasaig and ends at Lorgill, a mile or so behind the photographer.
Lorgill has been deserted since the Highland clearances, and there is only one farm remaining in Ramasaig.
This ruined building was marked on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Isle of Skye 1879, sheet xxvi) and labelled as a 'School (Boys & Girls)'. (Information from Highland Council Historic Environment Record).
