SP0375 : Light at the end of the tunnel

taken 12 years ago, near to Hopwood, Worcestershire, Great Britain

Light at the end of the tunnel
Light at the end of the tunnel
The light is actually the headlight of the narrowboat about to emerge from SP0375 : Wast Hill Tunnel Southern portal. The tunnel is 2493 metres long and even from a boat entering the tunnel the far end is little more than a pin-prick of light in the distance.
