The Stornoway ferry off Ullapool

The ferry 'Suilven' connects Ullapool with Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis. This voyage takes around 4 hours and should not be contemplated by those not possessed of an iron stomach. The heavy odour of herring which pervades the whole of Ullapool does not help. I am pleased to say that your photographer survived unscathed.
