Sluice gates

The Dog in a Doublet sluice on the River Nene. The whole landscape around this point has been engineered. The "new" course of the river Nene, the control of water flow allied with the use washes to absorb high river flows against the tidal Nene at this point. The Link is to the Environment Agency and a report on how a Salmon was filmed passing through the fish run installed at the sluice complex.
The wind turbines are to be found near the MaCain's frozen food factory near Kings Dyke.
