TQ2385 : Cricklewood Water Pumping Station off St Michael's Road, London NW2 This is a stunning survivor. Metropolitan Water Board (as was) Pumping Station of 1902 and originally home to three inverted vertical triple expansion steam pumping engines by The Lilleshall Co of Oakengates. The chimney is a stunning survivor.
Five similar engines were installed at Kempton Park Waterworks
TQ1170 : Waterworks by the A316 at Sunbury and you can see similarities in the chimney. The chimney was duplicated when the larger square house of c1928 was built.
