At the roundabout on Millennium Way at Phoenix Park.
The main name plate is now missing but the remaining one states that the business park was opened on 2nd December 1994. It was built on the site of Babbington Colliery, which, when it closed in 1986, was the oldest working colliery in Nottinghamshire. It reached a peak output of 864,000 tons in 1968.
