SD8047 : Bridge No 91

taken 13 years ago, near to Rimington, Lancashire, Great Britain

Bridge No 91
Bridge No 91
This accommodation bridge spans the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway's line from Blackburn to Hellifield, which regretfully no longer sees regular passenger trains. There is some hope for restoration of the service, however, as it would form a very useful link from Manchester to the Settle-Carlisle line.
