SH6772 : Above the drove road

3 km from Abergwyngregyn, Gwynedd, Great Britain

Above the drove road
Above the drove road
The old drove road (and later Roman road) from Aber to Rowen and Canovium runs between us and the wall. This whole area has many ancient cairns, burial mounds and settlement sites. In the distance is Puffin Island off the northern tip of Anglesey.
