SH6871 : Iron Age enclosure
3 km from Abergwyngregyn, Gwynedd, Great Britain

Iron Age enclosure
This large circular enclosure is thought to be Iron Age, 1,000 years BC. The area of high and open ground above the coast is littered with settlements, of which this is the largest and most obvious, even though much of the stone appears to have been reused to build a sheepfold within it.
