Two hundred and starting a second innings?
The two hundredth bridge along the Waverley Line between Edinburgh and Carlisle is across the B6399 road between Newcastleton and Hawick. It lies immediately south of the Waverley Route Heritage Centre at Whitrope and some of the track that the Heritage Association hope to lay and a coach that may one day carry passengers south towards Riccarton Junction can be seen in the background.
