From near the Drum to Llanfairfechan path on the northern extension of the Carneddau ridge, and looking into a low bright sun. Llyn Anafon is a glacial lake now a reservoir in the cwm between Drum and Llwtymor. I suddenly realised I had camped by this Llyn 35 years ago before traversing the Carneddau ridge in mist.
